"Wanted to let you know that I recently had a problem on a home inspection. One of the windows wasn't opening properly. I spoke with Marc Schoenfeld from Expert Window Service. He said he could replace the mechanicials in the window for about $89, which is what the home inspector seemed to think the problem was. He came out to see it himself (the day before Thanksgiving with a couple of hours notice). He fixed it on the spot and charged my client $35. Amazing!
I have used Marc in the past to replace broken seals in several windows. He is always very reasonable and can get the job done in a timely fashion.
